Orders & Acceptance
Orders may be placed online through our website or in person at our premises. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary depending on the product and location and will be confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation.

Warranty

Most of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty, covering replacement parts and labour (some exceptions apply – please refer to individual product manuals).

Batteries include a 6-month warranty from the day after delivery.

Warranties cover domestic use only. Commercial use may void warranty coverage.

Warranties are valid only if the product is used and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Modifying a product or having it serviced by an unauthorised third party will void the warranty.

Multiple users of a single product may also void warranty coverage.

If an engineer call-out is required, an advance fee may apply, which is refundable if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Right to Cancel
In accordance with UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for bespoke or made-to-order products. You must notify us in writing to exercise this right.
Pricing & Availability
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update availability at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Use of Website
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Elevate Mobility or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.
Governing Law
